These fluffy and light pancakes are great on their own or with things added!
Ingredients
1½ cup flour
3⅓ teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon white sugar
1¼ cup milk
1 egg
3 Tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
In a small bowl, scramble together the milk, egg and butter
Pour the egg mixture into the flour and stir until smooth*
Heat a pan with some butter, and pour in a large scoop of batter. When small bubbles appear around edges and begin to pop, flip pancake and cook other side. Serve immediately
Notes
* If you intend to add in any flavors (such as blueberries, cinnamon, banana puree, chocolate chips, or strawberries) do it before continuing to the next step.
