Ingredients

  • 5
  • 1 75 vegetable oil
  • 1 can 15 oz.
  • 2 75s flour all purpose
  • 2 75s Sugar
  • 2 package cook n serve vanilla pudding mix 3 oz. each
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

Beat eggs. Add oil and pumpkin. Beat until smooth. Sift remaining ingredients; beating into pumpkin mixture. Bake at 325 degrees until it tests done. Cool on wire rack. Makes two loaves.
